The Supervised Weight Loss Program is all-inclusive and can be customized to fit your individual needs. The program is broken down into four phases, loading, losing, reset, and maintenance. The program consists of eating nutrient-dense, low sugar and anti-inflammatory foods. It is based on a low glycemic index and anti-inflammatory diet and includes the consumption of complex carbohydrates – this is not a starvation diet.
Exercise is optional and there are no gritty shakes, cardboard bars, disgusting pre-packaged meals, or scary weight loss injections while on our Supervised Weight Loss Program.
